    Refund policy

    RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

    At Beverly Hills Perfumery, we want you to be confident in your fragrance purchase. If you need to make a return, please review our policy below.

    Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

    Unopened and undamaged products returned in their original condition and packaging are eligible for a full refund of the product purchase price.

    Opened products may be returned and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Products must not be excessively used, damaged, altered, or missing their original packaging or components.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect, an item damaged in transit, or an incorrect item sent by Beverly Hills Perfumery.

    Because fragrance is highly personal, we recommend sampling an unfamiliar fragrance before opening a full-size purchase whenever possible. If you would like to inquire about the availability of a sample before purchasing, please contact us.

    Opening a fragrance and deciding that you do not like the scent does not constitute a product defect and will be subject to the 20% restocking fee.

    Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Beverly Hills Perfumery.
