SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping on all orders over $50 (USD) within the United States, and we offer shipping outside of the United States only to Canada - $10 (USD) shipping charge for all Canadian orders under $80, $20 shipping charge for all Canadian orders over $80. We use USPS First-Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground - depending on the size, value, and weight of products. Signature required for items valued over $200. International shipping is not offered except to Canada, and express shipping is offered by request. For express shipping, you need to make your purchase first, and then email or call us and we will send you an updated order with the shipping charge added so you can pay for it. We generally ship the same or next business day, Monday-Friday on all orders. Please be aware that during some periods of the year with high traffic, or some weekends, there could be a delay of shipping by a few additional days.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt of product. Full refund will be issued for unopened and undamaged products that are returned. Opened products will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. Customer pays return shipping unless return is due to manufacturer defect or wrong item received. If you are purchasing a fragrance without sampling beforehand, we recommend requesting a free sample of the fragrance on the side - to avoid the possibility of being dissatisfied with your purchase after opening the product.
